2. Arci Strauss is a no-profit association that has worked since 1999 in Mussomeli, a town in the centre of Sicily near Caltanissetta. We are about 150 people.The association "Arci Strauss" is a selffinanced association committed to promoting a multicultural and multiracial society. Since it was born, our association has always worked with young people, disadvantaged and disabled social categories, youth exchanges. Some of us have already participated in two youth exchanges. Arci Strauss, by means of exhibitions, theatrical and musical performances, has been able to create important meeting moments and socialization in a constructive and stimulating manner. Our most important activities have been: the Festa della Musica, Caravana Antimafia, the Writing and Hip hop meeting and the Infogiovani. The association "Arci Strauss" is a self-financed association committed in proposing a multicultural and multiracial society.

3. GIOSEF - Giovani Senza Frontiere – from Caserta - Italy is an Italian NGO born in 1998 whose aim is to promote youth participation in the process of European citizenship. It has been founded on the ideals of solidarity and acceptation of diversities as bases of an intercultural society. For this reason we promote youth mobility and the diffusion of non-formal education realizing intercultural exchanges, EVS projects, Town Twinning, and many other projects of European dimension. As its vocation for European and international topics Giosef is often in charge of several project of international micro-cooperation and take parts in many national debates on these topics. Therefore our main fields of action are you policies and European policies. Giosef is a national network, so we have seats in the many Italian regions, our members are more or less 3.000 and their age is between 16 years old and 30 years old. Indeed, Giosef, is a youth association composed by young people who work for young people, trusting hardly in the value of the peer to peer action and education. Related to the things already said is important to underline that the association is one of the founders of the Italian Youth Forum, and promotes in every town, in every district, and in every region where it is present the institution of local youth forums. In several cases Giosef manages services for public institutions such as Youth Infopoints, and in two cases Eurodesk Local Points Since last year Giosef has been credited in the Italian List of the organization for the Voluntary Civil Service, and it means that we can rely on the engagement of many volunteers for ours projects. Giosef Caserta, which is the local seat in the district of Caserta in Campania Region, has the largest number of members and it’s the most active seat in Italy, which has also the highest level of professionals in European project management, in fund raising, and youth information activities. Moreover, Giosef Caserta, has been partner of many EVS projects, town twinning and makes an activity of counselling for the European Project Management for many NGO’s and Public Institution. It also realized many seminars and public events on local topics, reaching in this way also a strong link with all the local agents, such as institutions, Universities, Enterprises, etc.
